We have developed simple tools to understand the regeneration of liver. Our tools answer questions like; how does the liver integrate signals from different signaling pathways and metabolic stresses, including detoxification functions, in order to control cell replication ? How does the liver regeneration stop once liver reaches original mass ? Answer to these questions will lead to effective therapies for liver regeneration.
